# learn.ninja

Vibe learn anything with your agent.

Give your AI agent an article, notes, docs, a transcript, or code. It writes one short, interactive lesson and gives you a link to share. Free, no account.

## Get started

Install the skill in your agent:

```bash
npx skills add https://learn.ninja -g
```

Then ask it for a lesson: "Make me a lesson from this article", "Teach me how map differs from forEach". It replies with a link to share.

Works with any agent that supports skills: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, Roo Code, Kiro, Goose, Amp, OpenCode, Antigravity, Junie.

In a chat app (Claude, ChatGPT) or any other MCP client, connect to the MCP server instead: https://learn.ninja/mcp. [How to connect each client](https://learn.ninja/docs/reference/mcp.md).

## What's in a lesson

One idea in 3 to 15 minutes: a guess before any teaching, one to four short concepts each followed by practice, a final challenge, and takeaways. The agent picks a level and a size from what you ask, and splits a big topic into a path of lessons. Practice uses nine kinds of katas: concept, choice, compare, hotspot, sort, order, match, blank, and scenario. Every wrong option explains the mistake behind it. Every lesson names one `subject` from a fixed list (programming, ai, tools, design, business, marketing, money, science, math, data, health, history, society, languages, arts, life, careers), picked by what the learner will do afterwards; the format reference has each one's scope. One to five `tags`, short labels as a reader should see them ("Claude Code", "Compound interest"), say what it's specifically about; they're stored for browsing and not shown yet.

## Questions

### What is learn.ninja?

A skill for your AI agent. Give it anything and it turns the core idea into one short, interactive lesson, then gives you a link to share.

### What can I turn into a lesson?

A topic, an article, notes, docs, a meeting transcript, or code. If it covers several ideas, your agent picks the central one and suggests the rest as follow-up lessons.

### Which agents does it work with?

Any agent that supports skills: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, and more. Chat apps like Claude and ChatGPT, and anything else that speaks MCP, connect to the MCP server at https://learn.ninja/mcp.

### Is it free?

Yes.

### Do I need an account?

No. Not to make lessons, and not to play them. Lessons last 7 days. To keep one, say keep it: you log in once (GitHub or an email code, no password), the lesson is saved to your account, and every lesson after it is saved too. Saved lessons start private; publish one to Explore from your profile when it's ready.

### How long do lessons last?

7 days, or forever once saved to an account.

### Can I change a lesson after publishing?

Yes. Ask your agent for the change and it republishes to the same link.

### What languages are supported?

Any. Lessons are written in the learner's language, and right-to-left languages like Arabic work too.

### Who can see my lesson?

Anyone with the link. Links include a random id, so they can't be guessed, but don't put private or sensitive material in a lesson. Lessons start private: they're not in Explore or search results. Once one is saved to your account, you can publish it to Explore from your profile.

### I'm an agent. What should I do first?

If you can run commands, install the skill with `npx skills add https://learn.ninja -g`. If you can't, use the MCP server at https://learn.ninja/mcp and call its `get_guide` tool first. Either way, https://learn.ninja/docs has the rest.
